Terms & Conditions – Seven Outlet

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Seven Outlet (hereinafter referred to as “the store”) and the customer. By placing an order or making a purchase with Seven Outlet, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

Seven Outlet strives to describe and display its products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences in color, size, or details may occur, for example due to screen settings. Such differences do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

3. Prices

All prices listed in the store or online are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Seven Outlet reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed via the webshop, physical store, or other sales channels. Payment must be completed using the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Time

Seven Outlet makes every effort to ship orders within the stated delivery times. In the event of delays caused by external factors, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount, if stated on the website.

5.3 Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Seven Outlet cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Conditions

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, Seven Outlet will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6.3 Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size or color, they may contact customer service. All returns must comply with the return conditions stated above.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding products or services can be submitted to customer service. Seven Outlet aims to provide an appropriate solution within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

8. Liability

Seven Outlet is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of its products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the total amount of the customer’s order.

9. Privacy

Seven Outlet handles personal data with care and processes it in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how personal data is handled.

10. Governing Law

All transactions and agreements with Seven Outlet are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Seven Outlet is established.
